Returns Policy

As the transfers and 3d prints we sell are tailor-made under the 2014 consumer contract regulations, we do not generally accept returns, but of course if we supply the wrong item, or one which is damaged or defective, then we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within five days of receipt if you need to return something so we can arrange this. We may instead agree, at our discretion, that you send us photographs of the problem, in order to avoid postage costs and associated delays. 3d prints are produced from artwork which Tramads has produced using available drawings and photographs of the prototypes. Whilst we pride ourselves in our work, and put considerable effort into these, no guarantees are given regarding the historical accuracy of the resulting prints.
