How to buy Tramads Transfers/3d Prints
UK Customers
Due to technical problems, our checkout system is currently unavailable, so orders can be made by email. Please send details of what you require, including product codes and scale. We will check availability and reply to you confirming price. Please do not transfer money until you receive this confirmation.
To pay by cheque or bank transfer (BACS), simply email your requirements to us here at order@tramads.co.uk indicating preferred payment method, and if BACS we will send you our bank account details for bank transfer. To pay by card, please request a PayPal invoice (you do not need a paypal account for this)
For those of you more comfortable with more traditional methods, there is also a mail order form here. Please check here or email for latest p&p before using.
If your order includes a print from Shapeways, then a Carrier Fee may be added to p&p details If your order is not urgent then please email us as we may be able to batch your order with others to avoid this fee.
EU & US Customers
Cheques or Bank Transfers are only accepted in GBP (Sterling). If you don't have a GBP account, it is easiest to request a PayPal invoice which you can then pay in GBP (your card issuers currency conversion rates and/or fees will apply).
Rest of World
For all other international orders please ask for current shipping prices.
We reserve the right to decline to accept orders from certain countries.
Dispatch Times
Transfers are normally manufactured and dispatched within two weeks, but please allow 28 days for delivery as manufacture can be delayed by very wet or cold weather, and holidays. 3d Prints normally take around three weeks to arrive with us for quality checking, and occasionally fail requiring a reprint, so in some cases may take more than 28 days from order. Unfortunately, this is a result of the complex technical process used to print, and is out of our control, but is not the norm and we will keep you informed of progress.
